On the hottest day of the year I was out photographing a beautiful traditional, rustic Armory wedding at The Armory in South Bend, Indiana with Maddie & Anthony. When I say hot, I really do mean hot. With broken AC in the limo, to heat sickness for the bride it was a crazy day BUT! We got through and Maddie & Anthony enjoyed their day despite the heat.

They met in 1st grade, how adorable is that? Time and life separated them, but as adult they were reconnected by a mutual friend and thats all she wrote. Clearly destiny knew what she was doing. Maddie and Anthony just adore each other and Maddie just loves Anthony’s humor as well as his ability to make everything better.

Their wedding theme was split, with Anthony wanting traditional and Maddie wanting rustic they settled on the industrial location of The Armory. Their decor was done by their mothers and floral was provided by Always N Bloom. Maddie wore a gorgeous gown by Sophia Tolli from Sophia’s Bridal in Indianapolis, IN and Anthony had a tux from Louie’s Tux Shop.

They had an yummy dinner catered by Cafe Navarre at The Armory and their cake was by none other than C’est La Vie. I wasn’t the only one there documenting their wedding day, Limitless Videography was also there helping to film the precious memories.

Maddie & Anthony danced their first dance as husband and wife to You’re Still the One by Shania Twain played by The Music Machine. Maddie said of their song choice “I am a huge Shania fan, so this was a no brainer for me. I think the lyrics really hit home for us. We have known each other for so long, and it is crazy that after all this time we found our way back to one another.”
