Body acceptance is an important part of self-love and confidence. It’s about learning to accept and appreciate your body for all its unique features, regardless of what society may dictate. Everyone’s body is different and its important to remember that all body types are beautiful. If you’re struggling with body acceptance, try to focus on the things you like about your body and remind yourself of how capable it is. Keeping active, eating healthily (the best you know how!), and setting reasonable goals can all help to build a positive relationship with your body.
