Leslie + Josh | The Farmhouse

I was excited to be back at The Farmhouse, in Nappanee, Indiana on June 9, 2018 to be a part of the wedding of Leslie and Josh Weiderman. Leslie and Josh are proof that true love does exist! They met on Match.com and after many daily chats decided to meet in person. Leslie knew right away that she could trust her children with Josh, a loving and attentive father to his own children, and her love for him grew each time Josh surprised her with sweet, unexpected gestures and fun date nights. As for Josh, the beautiful woman and her children simply took his breath away.

Leslie’s high neckline, lace over satin gown was designed by Essence of Australia and purchased at One Fine Day Bridal in Fort Wayne, Indiana, while her shoes were by Adrianna Papel. Makeup to enhance the stunning natural beauty of the bride was provided by Molly Sandler Makeup Artistry. The chiffon bridesmaids dresses were in a lovely shade of purple and were purchased at online at Azazie.com. The Groom and Groomsmen were outfitted by Louie’s Tux Shop in soft gray colored trousers and for the groom, a three button vest. Their wedding rings were from Roger’s and Holland’s Jewelers.

The wedding décor included Flowers by Marie + Grace Florals, as well as Leslie’s own personal touches in her favorite color, purple. The Groom had his own special input to the beauty of the day with his woodworking talents, including the white birch arbor where they exchanged their vows, and the beautiful ring box which held their symbols of eternal and unending love.

The wedding ceremony, which took place under the white birch arbor, was presided by Pastor Drew Ryall. After the vows were spoken, there was a touching moment in the ceremony when the bride, the groom, and their children each placed a puzzle piece in the wooden puzzle, also created by Josh, indicating and beautifully illustrating that this was indeed, “Two Families Joined by Love.”

For the reception, Leslie and Josh had C’est La Vie Cakes create a three tiered cake design with lavender rose accents, The cake topper declared that this wedding day was the “Best Day Ever,” and I must agree, the wedding was a wonderful combination of great weather, friends and family, and the joining of two families who all truly love each other unconditionally.

The reception was a time of joyous celebration with food catered by Nelson’s and many hours of laughter and dancing with music provided by EA Pro Music. The first dance to begin the celebration was the bride and groom dancing to a special song that beautifully illustrated the way that Leslie and Josh feel about each other, Only You Can Love Me This Way by Keith Urban.
