Joanne + Paul | Nappanee Engagement Session

Nappanee Engagement Session

I have known Joanne for some time now, mostly through local photography groups and Facebook. She has photographed my family a few years back and ever since I have been deeply in love and in awe of her work. Well a few months back I became engaged and began the hunt for a photographer. It is very weird to be on this side of the fence I must say.

I decided to send a message to Joanne about my wedding and if she would be willing to photograph it as Patrick and I are not getting married locally, but at the fabulous Thorn Crown Chapel in Eureka Springs, AR. Luckily she was thrilled! As it turns out, she herself was recently engaged and she was on the hunt for her own photographer. What perfect timing? Apparently she loved my work as much as I loved her’s and so we both agreed to photograph each other weddings! How perfect!

I had not met her fiance yet, but heard the countless stories about him on Facebook. Paul seems to be the perfect fit for Joanne and the love in his eyes when he looks at her is priceless. I am so happy for them and that I will be photographing their special day, to be a witness to such deep and endless love is a blessing.

A few weeks back we started the process with Nappanne Engagement Session using the streets, back alleys and even in front of Joanne’s studio and Pauls apartment. Take a look at all this fabulousness!
